Tara A, Founder
Based in Washington, D.C., Tara has over 25 years of experience in Martial Arts and 15 years of experience in security risk management, coordination, programming and advocacy in the development and humanitarian sector.
She has a passion for working on cross-cutting solutions aimed at improving the lives of underserved populations, both domestically and internationally. Tara speaks English and Haitian Creole.
Elizabeth D, Founder
Based in Lisbon, Portugal, Elizabeth has 15 years of experience working for international nonprofits in security risk management. She has served as a security risk advisor in Afghanistan, Lebanon, and Turkey, as well as regional and global-level positions.
Elizabeth specializes in risk assessment and has personally designed and delivered 80+ security trainings and workshops in over 20 countries.
